The Skills Lab.

Two small-group sessions with me every week, four to six players on the ice, built on a season-long curriculum instead of whatever drill the hour calls for. Everything in the Skills Academy is included.

Don't leave your development up to chance

More ice is not the answer.

Most players train randomly. Random lessons, random teams, random camps. Nobody is measuring what they are actually doing, or telling them exactly what it takes to reach higher levels.

No structureEvery session starts over. Nothing builds on the week before, so the work never compounds.
No long-term planNobody can tell you where your player is headed this season, or what they need next.
No off-ice developmentSkill work stops when the ice time ends, so the other six days of the week are left on the table.
No quality coachingBig groups and no real feedback, so mistakes get repeated at speed until they turn into habits.
A complete development system

The Skills Lab difference.

It's a comprehensive player-development solution: two coached sessions a week on a season-long curriculum, plus everything in the Skills Academy, so development continues on the ice, off the ice and at home.

And the coaching does not stop when the session ends. Your player's film comes back marked up with the exact cues to fix next, so nobody is guessing what "skate harder" is supposed to mean.

A proven system for proven results

The no-risk guarantee.

You should not have to gamble on a coach you have not met. So I carry the risk instead of you.

The 8-week improvement threshold

Your first eight weeks carry no conditions. Week one your player gets a baseline Skills Report Card, and eight weeks later they get their first progress report measured against it. If that report does not show measurable improvement, I refund your first two months in full. Nothing to qualify for, no attendance minimum.

The film doesn't lie

Within 60 days you will see the improvement on your player's own film, their first clips against their current ones, or I refund those two months in full.

Do the work, get results

Do the work, and if after six months you do not see a noticeable transformation in all aspects of your player's game, the next six months are free.

Never locked-in

No contract and no season-long commitment. Cancel anytime. Players who train consistently for six months or longer see the best results.
